We are a salon of independent nail techs. Each tech has their own specific policy - services and prices vary by tech. Below is the salons basic policies in which all of our techs abide to.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK
No Deposit = No Appointment!
Be sure to read your techs policy for additional policies. These are the salon general policies as each tech is independent.
24+ HOURS ARE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL.
Cancelling within the 24 hour window will forfeit your deposit and you will be required to pay a convenience fee due to the late notice. Deposits are non-transferable.
INFORM YOUR TECH IMMEDIATELY IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE.
Your tech reserves the right to charge a late fee if they are still able to accommodate you. They may also cancel any late clients and mark them as a no show. No contact with your tech may require payment in full prior to being able to book future appointments.
DO NOT ARRIVE TO THE SALON SICK
Inform your tech immediately! In some cases your deposit may be transferable. Failure to cancel due to your illness and coming to your appointment sick will get you banned from all future appointments.
NO EXTRA GUESTS
All persons in the salon must have an appointment. This includes children, as they must be supervised at all times, and this is not possible while your hands are occupied. Please reach out to your tech with any questions.
SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
We strive to give you the best possible experience, however, we can not do so if you do not speak up. Please inform your tech if there is anything that needs to be fixed, we will be happy to accommodate you. Remember your nails are jewels not tools.
